Do the labels come on a roll?

Labels are mailed on flat sheets to save on shipping costs. We ship via USPS using 6x9" envelopes (or cardboard mailers for larger orders) so your order will arrive with your regular mail delivery.

Are the labels glossy/shiny?

We currently only offer matte-finish white labels.

Is the delivery estimate a "Guaranteed" delivery date?

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee or predict date of delivery, even though Etsy provides an estimate. The delivery estimate you see when you place an order is our processing time + the "typical" USPS transit time to your zip code. However, this is not a Guarantee and Etsy shops aren't responsible for USPS delays. Although we ship on time, delays in transit can and do occur, sometimes for no apparent reason. If you truly must receive your item quickly or by a certain day we highly recommend upgrading to Priority shipping.
